Even if you feel that the customer is in the wrong, you can say things like “I can understand why you are upset” or “I’m sorry that you feel this way” without giving in to unreasonable demands.
Take time to get relax:
It’s important to have a range of strategies that you can call upon to help you de-stress. This is often as simple as taking a five-minute walk after a difficult phone call or taking up a hobby such as yoga to de-stress at the end of the day.
